How far is the Motel from the Airport?
It's a short 15 minute drive by car or taxi from the airport to Focus Motel. There are also several economical Shuttle options available.
Is secure, on-site parking available?
Yes. Free, secure, on-site parking is included. For the security of guests and their vehicles, the gate to the premises is locked after 9pm. This ensures your vehicles, bikes and skis are safe overnight.
Is breakfast provided?
A continental breakfast option is available (additional charge). Alternatively, there are many breakfast cafes within 5 minutes stroll of the Motel.
Are there restaurants nearby?
There are more than 15 restaurants just a short walk from Focus Motel. There's something to cater for every taste! We've compiled a handy guide to some of your local eating options.
Can I cook in my room?
There are no ovens, but some rooms have hot plates. Each room has a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. No spicy foods please!
How noisey are the rooms?
All units have double glazed windows which helps keep the rooms quiet. Only 1 room faces the street.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out time: 10am
Check-in time: 2pm onwards
During which hours is reception open?
8am - 8:30pm. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please give us a call.
How do I access the Motel after-hours?
Simple after-hours instructions and a gate code will be issued to you on arrival.
Getting around the city
Maps are provided at check-in. Feel free to ask the managers about what you would like to see and do, they are more than happy to share their local knowledge with you and help you get to where you want to be.
